As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children, supporting their learning through play in a fun and enriching environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or higher.

  • First-Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification upon hire).

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.

  • Interested in establishing a long-term career in the field of ABA.

  • Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary team.

  • Previous experience working with children.

  • Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and developmental disorders.
