RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) consultation to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the clinic, home, school, and community settings
· Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans
· Administer assessments using various evaluation tools, including, but not limited to, ABLLS-R, Vineland-II, PDDBI, AFLS, and VB-MAPP.
· Implement data collection, review, and modify treatment plans according to data
· Create and modify Individualized Treatment Plans for each client on caseload as needed
· Document progress on goals and report to insurance as requested
· Observe clients during treatment, compile and evaluate data on patient responses to treatments and progress
· Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
· Provide supervision to BCBA mentorship candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract
· Provide training and supervision to caregiver(s) including parents and teachers.
· Confer with members of ABA therapy team and other health team members, individually and in conference, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
· Maintain ongoing communication with caregiver(s) and/or client(s) regarding client’s progress and plan of care
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
· Must be certified with the BACB
· Must maintain credentialing in compliance with the BACB
· Must complete Continuing Education courses as outlined by the BACB
· Must complete supervision courses as outlined by the BACB
· Must have at least 1-year of experience providing ABA services
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and maintain clear criminal record
· Must obtain or possess and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
· Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
